The volunteer buys 48 eggs to hard boil and two gallons of orange juice. The Jeffersons prepare 48 sausage & biscuits.  The sausage & biscuits along with paper goods are usually ready to be picked up around 9:00 a.m. Wednesdays.  You can deliver the sausage biscuits, eggs, OJ and paper products after 3:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon or you can deliver at 4:45 a.m. on Thursday morning to the Billy Brumfield House.
